Reiki has helped me overcome personal life challenges such as eating disorders, anxiety, a lack of energy and depression. This spiritual practice has been the pillar of my emotional well-being, opening the gate into self-discovery, personal growth and reaching a sense of empowerment, thus guiding me to awaken my inner healer.
