My Healing Journey
Iventured on the road to self-awareness and spiritual awakening at the young age of 18, sparked by a telepathic dreaming experience. This pivotal moment in 1994 led me to question my sole purpose in life and on to the transformative path of self-healing. This was my initiation into the practice of Reiki-Ho, that led me to take Reiki Shoden – Reiki Level I.
Reiki has helped me overcome personal life challenges such as eating disorders, anxiety, a lack of energy and depression. This spiritual practice has been the pillar of my emotional well-being, opening the gate into self-discovery, personal growth and reaching a sense of empowerment, thus guiding me to awaken my inner healer.
During my travels across India in 2017, I explored the healing power of crystals, yoga and meditation. I have adopted these modalities as pillars to complement my Reiki practice, bringing a holistic approach to my overall well-being.

At this vital time in my spiritual journey, I felt called to take Reiki Okuden – Reiki Level II to enhance my healer skills, leading to the conceptualisation of Saraswati’s Universe.
Upon my return to London, I became conscious of my intuitive gifts for harnessing the power of Mother Nature, alongside the universal energy of Reiki, and trained in Crystal Therapy.
Deepening my Buddhist studies from my travels, I also trained in Sound Energy Therapy with Tibetan Singing Bowls, providing an all-encompassing approach to my healing offerings at Saraswati’s Universe.
My Yoga practice brought me back to where I belong: in my body, grounded in my heart and learning to deeply love myself. The benefits and passion for my practice led me into the world of teaching Authentic Flow and Embodied Yin, allowing me to guide like-minded souls to embody their authentic selves.

Saraswati is the Goddess who flows as language, insight, sound, knowledge, wisdom, music an creative intuition. The sanskrit word sara means “essence” and swa means “self”.
Saraswati is represented in the Hindu mythology as the divine consort of Lord Brahma, the Creator of the Universe. Since knowledge is necessary for creation, Saraswati symbolizes the creative power of Brahma.
We recognise Saraswati in crystals, clear running water, mantras, inspired writing, musical instruments. We invoke Goddess Saraswati for learning, enhanced memory, deeper meditation, learning new skills, and auspicious speech.
